This house is a rental property with a beach front location. We renovated the bathrooms, kitchen, and family room spaces in both the top and lower units. We replaced the large windows, the decks, siding, and the lower garage and storage places. We added the pent roof over the garage space and put stone below to complete the remodel.

HISTORICAL RENOVATION

This now fully renovated historical building is the new location of J.O.B. Design & Construction headquarters. The structure was originally built in 1903. For years this building sat untouched on Hanover Street in Pottstown, PA. The inside was extremely unkept and the roof and exterior were deteriorating. Lots of painting and woodwork were done to the inerior and exterior as well as installing a new roof. The building was showcased on the "Silver Anniversary Historic Pottstown by Candle Light" house tour on December 12, 2010.

TUSCANY ROOM

Our clients contacted us to discuss a three-season room addition to complement and fit in with their existing pool. After much discussion a decision was made to install a Tuscany Room.
Tuscany Rooms incorporate many features of the traditional Italian countryside including:

COMPLETE HOME REMODEL

Project Cost - between $250,000 and $300,000.
The project consisted of improving and modernizing the kitchen, family room, powder room, living room, music room, and master bed and bath. This included extending the master bathroom over top of the garage to gain space which created a second floor bumpout. A new roof was also installed as well as new siding and shutters. A new patio was installed in the back yard to complete the project.

We used copper and circle aluminum on the bar and metallic copper, metallic silver, and pearl finish paint on the walls. The bar has a very unique S-shaped structure to it with a satin copper top and a base laminated with aluminum circles. We installed a theater room that is attached to the basement equipped with a movie screen, theater seating, surround sound audio, and theater lighting. To complete this project, an exercise room and a powder room with a black marble floor and black vanity was also installed.

RESIDENTIAL BASEMENT REMODEL

This project consisted of remodeling an entire basement as well as adding a pool table area and handcrafted bar. The maple wood used on the bar and used to outline the pool table area helped accent the beautiful features of this basement.
