This house in Sea Isle City, NJ was in need of a lot of work. It is a rental property located right on the beach, and the owners wanted to spruce it up. We began by renovating the bathrooms, kitchens, and family room spaces in both the top and bottom units, then we replaced the large side windows, the back top and bottom decks, all of the siding, and renovated the below garage and storage spaces. We added the pent roof over the garage space, and put stone below to complete the total exterior makeover.
